Pieter believes in expanding his knowledge, passion and approach continually as construction and the industry as a whole run in his blood.

Pieter decided to dig even deeper into himself to have a better understanding of his uniqueness, powerfulness and to gain even more confidence in himself and his trade.

Forming part of a bigger group of companies and playing a senior role in a holding company, he and his team took time to invest in themselves to be able to reinvest in their business.

Finding an expert Strengths Finder coach, Pieter jumped into completing the online talent assessment (formerly the Clifton StrengthsFinder) to discover new things about himself, which lead him to excel even more in the industry.

By taking the test and being coached over time, Pieter and his team discovered what they naturally do best, they learnt how to develop their greatest talents into strengths and ultimately maximized their potential.

Pieter is not just a humble, committed, driven and hardworking individual, but his strengths and where he excels are as follow.

Competition - Pieter will move mountains to compete with the opposition. This allows him to stay on to op his game. He will compete in delivering more than what is expected and exceed expectations. 

Relator - Pieter enjoys close and open relationships with his clients. He finds deep satisfaction in working hard with his committed team to achieve a final goal.

Analytic - Pieter is exceptionally analytical and he always search for reasons and causes. He can think about all factors that might affect any given situation he finds himself in.

Focus - Pieters's focus is powerful because it forces him to filter; he instinctively evaluates whether or not a particular action will help him and his team to move toward their goal. Those that don't are ignored. In the end, his focus forces him to be efficient.

Achiever - Pieter is exceptionally talented in the achiever theme and he works extremely hard and possesses a great deal of stamina. He takes immense satisfaction in being busy and productive.
